Products are listed individually below. In addition, registration is open for the Spring Meat CSA season, which begins in February 2025. The Meat Share includes a combination of our pork, beef, and poultry in monthly installments.
Pork, Beef & Poultry
Our animals are raised on pasture. They are healthier, better for the land, and provide a more nutritious (and delicious!) meat. Click on the below links for more details about how each animal is raised, and purchasing information.
Pork: we offer pasture raised pork. We breed and raise our pigs locally here on our farm. For updates on pork availability, subscribe to our farm newsletter here.
Beef: we offer grass-fed beef . Contact us to reserve your whole, half, or quarter beef.
Poultry: we offer pastured broilers and turkeys. Poultry is raised in the summer and fall. Contact to order chicken and turkeys whole birds or parts.
