The pork roast was the best pork I have ever tasted – tender, juicy and delicious flavor. It doesn’t get much better than knowing right where the pork has come from and seeing how Mirror Image grows their pigs. They take great care and pride in how their pigs are fed and cared for, which begins before the piglets are even born, right up to butcher day.

We purchased half of a pig and have thoroughly enjoyed our products.
Apparently ours was one of the fattest pigs, and after frying the bacon, we would have well over a cup of fat to use for later cooking. The sausage links went quickly for us. Not only were they delicious, but they defrost quickly and can be eaten alone or with just about anything. I hadn’t ever made pork chops until I received this batch. Found a great recipe in “Grass fed gourmet”.
